WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM(S) TO BE SHIPPED?
- Shipping Time is 2-5 business days for products coming from our domestic warehouses depending on your location.
-Shipping Time is 5-10 business days for products coming from our international warehouses.
- Please allow an additional of 2-5 business days for your order to be processed during promotional sales.
I NEED TO START A RETURN - WHAT DO I DO?
Please email vanadeyboutique@gmail.com to get your return approved FIRST, BEFORE shipping back your item. Be sure to include your order number and images of the defective item(s) within the email.
-Customers MUST notify Vanadey Boutique via email within 7 DAYS of the delivered date for returns. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees back to us. To be eligible for return for store credit or exchange, all items must be unused with tags and in the same condition you received it. If a returned item is found to be used when received, your store credit will be rendered void.
Please be aware that the items returned must have their original tags, contain no stains, must be odor-less, and be in their original conditions. All returned items are inspected thoroughly. If a returned item is found to be used when received, your refund will be rendered void.
WHAT DO I NEED TO INCLUDE IN MY RETURN PACKAGE?
Please include the invoice in your package or a small note stating;

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
- Yes, we'll happily cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped out.
MY ITEM WAS DEFECTIVE WHEN I RECEIVED IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?
- If an item is defective, it is eligible for replacement strictly within the 7 day delivery date period, so please inspect your items immediately.
- Please email vanadeyboutique@gmail.con within the 7 day delivery date period with your order number and a photo of the defective item (with defection clearly visible) in order to be eligible for a replacement.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I BOUGHT WITH A SALE PROMO CODE?
- Clearance/Sale items and items purchased during a promotional sale will be eligible for returns within the criteria mentioned above.
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT I CAN'T RETURN?
All of the following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return:
- Clearance/Sale items/Jewelry/Beauty Products
- Bikini
- Undergarments (Compression Thongs, Seamless Thongs)
I SENT MY RETURN PACKAGE AFTER GETTING IT APPROVED - WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed, once your package has been delivered to us.
- WE CANNOT GUARANTEE TO RECEIVE YOUR RETURN PACKAGES. If there's any issue regarding your package, you MUST take this up with postal service as we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED RETURN TO SENDER?
- "Return to Sender" means that there was an issue with your shipping address or delivery process so it is being sent back to my vendor.
- To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.
- If a package is returned back due to an insufficient address, Vanadey Boutique is NOT responsible for any shipping fees. Customers must pay reshipment fee but NO REFUNDS will be issued.
What if I put in the wrong address on the order?
- If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at vanadeyboutique@gmail.com. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.
- If a package is returned back due to insufficient address, Vanadey Boutique is NOT responsible for any shipping fees. Customers must pay reshipment fee or can be issued store credit. NO REFUNDS.
MY TRACKING LINK SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT!
- If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen) please file a claim with the carrier responsible for delivering your package. Vanadey Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that are marked as delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable nor the order.
