- We ship orders out one 2x a week (Monday-Friday)! Please allow 1-2 business days for all orders to be processed, fulfilled and sent from our facility to the post office. Once you've received your tracking number, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to start updating.
- Shipments within the U.S. range between 1-5 business days, depending on your location. International Shipments range from 1-4 weeks, depending on location.
- Please allow an additional of 2-5 business days for your order to be processed during promotional sales.
Please email vanadeyboutique@gmail.com to get your return approved FIRST, BEFORE shipping back your item. Be sure to include your order number and images of the defective item(s) within the email. WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE. PLEASE ONLY RETURN YOUR PACKAGE VIA USPS.
-Customers MUST notify Vanadey Boutique via email within 5 DAYS of the delivered date for returns for store credit. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees back to us. To be eligible for return for store credit or exchange, all items must be unused and in the same condition you received it. If a returned item is found to be used when received, your store credit will be rendered void.
Please be aware that the items returned must have their original tags, contain no stains, must be odor-less, and be in their original conditions. All returned items are inspected thoroughly. If a returned item is found to be used when received, your store credit will be rendered void.
- PLEASE NOTE: The package must be sent within 1 week of receiving the return approval email. Please email us with your tracking number in order to confirm the shipment. If we don’t hear back from you within that time frame, we will have to cancel your return.

- Yes, we'll happily cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped out.
- If an item is defective, it is eligible for replacement strictly within the 5 day period, so please inspect your items immediately.
- Please email vanadeyboutique@gmail.con within the 5 day period with your order number and a photo of the defective item (with defection clearly visible) in order to be eligible for a replacement.
- Clearance/Sale items and items purchased during a promotional sale will NOT be accepted for return for they are considered FINAL SALE.
All of the following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return:
- Clearance/Sale items
- Bikini
- Undergarments (Compression Thongs, Seamless Thongs)
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed, once your package has been delivered to us.
- WE CANNOT GUARANTEE TO RECEIVE YOUR RETURN PACKAGES. If there's any issue regarding your package, you MUST take this up with USPS/UPS as we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
- "Return to Sender" means that there was an issue with your shipping address or delivery process so it is being sent back to Vanadey Boutique.
- To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.
- If a package is returned back due to an insufficient address, Vanadey Boutique is NOT responsible for any shipping fees. Customers must pay reshipment fee or can be issued store credit. NO REFUNDS.
- If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at vanadeyboutique@gmail.com. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

- If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen) please file a claim with the carrier responsible for delivering your package. Vanadey Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that are marked as delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable nor the order.
